Articolo 33°
In caso di contravvenzione agli articoli a cui non si
applica la multa, giudicherà la Direzione della
gravità della mancanza e starà ad essa il
determinare la multa ovvero prendere le determinazioni
che crederà opportune.
Articolo 34°
Volendo dare la Società un segno di stima e di
benevolenza ai Musici, nella tornata del 31 Gennaio
1892 deliberava che i membri componenti il corpo
musicale avrebbero fatto parte della Società
senza pagare il quoto di Lire 0,30 ogni mese, col
benefizio di servirsi del magazzino di Previdenza.
Articolo 35°
Si dovranno però pagare l'entrata ed il
libretto, come pure entrati in banda dovranno
provvedersi del berretto di divisa.
Articolo 36°
La Direzione avrà sempre l'autorità di
abrogare, derogare, sostituire con un altro questo
regolamento e provvedere a tutte le emergenze non
contemplate in questo regolamento e di interpretarne
eziandio quelle disposizioni che lascierebbero alcun
dubbio.
Articolo 37°
Questo regolamento sarà affisso nella sala della
Musica; una volta ogni sei mesi il Presidente ne
darà publica lettura.

Of the Musicians - general matters
Article 33

They will have but to pay the associayion and the
booklet, as also at the act of entering the band

The Direction will have always the authority to repeal,
to derogate, to replace with an other this regulations
and to supply to all the emergencies contemplated in
this regulations and not to interpret those
dispositions that could leave some doubt.
Article 37
This regulations will be pin up for the Musicians to
know it in the Music room; once every six months the
President will give some public reading.
