Regolamento Speciale Del Presidente
Articolo 1°
Il Presidente della musica finché;
rimarrà in ufficio sarà Membro della
Direzione della Società se questo articolo
verrà approvato dai socii radunati in una
prossima seduta generale.
Articolo 2°
Ha l'autorità di accettare o rifiutare i servizi
di cui verrà richiesta la Banda come pure di
determinarli. Deve però osservare che
concorrendo due servizi deve sempre dare a preferenza
ai servizi riguardanti la Parrocchia.
Articolo 3°
E' obbligato a far osservare il presente regolamento,
nonché tutti gli ordini promananti dalla
Direzione della Società.
Articolo 4°
Almeno una volta al mese, darà informazioni
sullo stato del Corpo Musicale alla Direzione.
Articolo 5°
E' pregato di invigilare sulla condotta dei musici e di
procurare che gli strumenti si tengano con molta cura,
acciocché non si guastino. Dei guasti
provenienti da incuria e negligenza saranno
responsabili i Musici.
Articolo 6°
Procurerà di far riportare lo strumento nella
sala della Società quando un musico cessasse di
far parte della Banda - o dal musico medesimo o per
mezzo del bidello della Società.
Articolo 7°
E' pregato di invigilare che tanto il Tesoriere, quanto
il Segretario tengano registrate le entrate e le spese.
Articolo 8°
Avvenendo che qualche musico abbia a mancare
dovrà primo avvertirlo con carità e
dolcezza in caso di contumacia riferisca alla
Direzione, che provvederà all'uopo.
Articolo 9°
Se il presidente eletto è estraneo al corpo
musicale è tenuto a recarsi nella scuola durante
le lezioni, onde possa conoscere la frequenza che si
usa dai Musici alla scuola
Articolo 10°
Delegherà poi un musico a cogliere le parti dopo
la lezione e porle in luogho conveniente onde non si
smarriscano.
Articolo 11°
Deve tenere apposito registro delle retribuzioni dei
servizi prestati dalla Banda (le quali
consegnerà egli al Tesoriere).
Articolo 12°
E' inoltre pregato che il pranzo lolito a tenersi dai
Musici nelle feste di campagna sia fatto con economia
senza però diminuire la quantità dei
cibi, né peggiorarne la qualità,
affinchè si possa sopravvanzare qualche piccola
somma da versarsi nella cassa della banca musicale.
Articolo 13° (PS)
Quando vi sarà in cassa una somma considerevole
dietro proposta di qualche musico si potrà
venire ad una votazione fatta dai Musici stessi per
determinarne l'uso. La proposta deve essere accettata
con due terzi dei voti favorevoli.

Article 1
The President of music will remain in office until he
his a Member of the Direction of the Society, if this
article will come approved by the associates assembled
in one next general sitting.
Article 2
It has the authority to accept or to refuse the
services of which the Band will come asked as well as
to determinate them. It must but observe that
concurring two services it must always give the
preference to the services the regarding Parish.
Article 3
He must make observed the present regulations, let
alone all the orders that come from the Direction of
the Society.
Article 4
At least once to the month, he will give information on
the state of the Musical Body to the Direction.
Article 5
He is prayed to watch over the conduct of the musicians
and of to provide that the instruments are kept with
much cure, in order that they are not getting out of
order. Of the coming from breakdowns from carelessness
and negligence will be responsible the Musicians.
Article 6
It will be his cure to make sure that the instrument
gets back in the room of the Society when a musician
leaves the Band or from the musician himself or for
means of the caretaker of the Society.
Article 7
He is prayed to watch over that the Secretary as well
as the Treasurer hold records of the entrances and
expenses.
Article 8
Happening that some musician has to lack of conduct he
will have to first warn him with charity and sweetness,
in case of absence he will report to the Direction,
that will provide case by case.
Article 9
If the elect president is stranger to the musical body,
he must go in the school during the lessons, for he can
know the frequency that is used from the Musicians to
the school
Article 10
He will delegate a musician then to pick the parts after the lesson to secure them in the right place.
Article 11
He must hold an appropriate registry of the retributions of the services lend from the Band (which he will deliver to the Treasurer).
Article 12
He is moreover prayed that the usual lunch to have from the Musician in the country festivities is made with economy, this without diminishing the amount of food, neither worsen the quality, so that some small sum can be left to pour back in the musical band's case.
Article 13 (p.s)
When there will be in case a considerable sum. Behind the proposal of some musician, it will be able to made from the Musicians a vote to determine the use. The proposal must be accepted with two thirds party of the favourable ballots.
