L'anno 1886 alcune benemerite ed insigni persone, fra le quali vanno commemorate il Signor Costantino Rolla, allora Presidente della Società, il Reverendo Canonico Teologo Bessano Agostino, il Canonico Rolla Bartolomeo, attuale Presidente, si unirono concordi in comitato per istituire una musica, che servisse al decoro delle Sacre Funzioni, a lustro del Paese, cosa allora desiderata, non essendovi nel nostro paese una musica costituita. Il Signore benedisse i loro sforzi e la musica ebbe in breve il più splendido successo. Questo corpo musicale conta ora otto lunghi anni di esistenza, lunghi, perché anni di lotta continua e interna ed esterna. Fu più volte per estinguersi, ma allora appunto risorse più florida. E qui vanno rese le più sentite grazie a quelle persone che perseveratamente prestarono l'opera loro per sostenere questo corpo musicale così decoroso per la Chiesa, per la Società sotto i cui auspizi è nata e vive, e per il nostro paese. Va pure tributata una meritata lode a quei bravi e coraggiosi giovani che in mezzo alla lotta non mai desertarono la loro bandiera e benchè pochi di numero e disprezzati, seppero pure combattere da valorosi e vincere. Viva il loro coraggio! Dio li benedica! Siano pure ringraziati coloro che seppero tornare alla primitiva madre e siano ora i primi a dimostrare a lei affetto e a prestarle obbedienza. Desiderando la Direzione della Società ora che le cose sembrano quete e tranquille, dar solido fondamento al Corpo Musicale della Società, onde pienamente risponda allo scopo per cui fu creato, presenta ai Signori Musici un nuovo regolamento, essendo il primo per molti capi divenuto inosservabile e meno adatto alle attuali circostanze, obbligandoli all'esatta osservanza del medesimo, tornando ciò proficuo non solo al corpo musicale, che resterà così secondo lo spirito della Società, ma ancora agli stessi individui componenti la Banda Musicale.

On the year 1886 some meritorious and of great distinction persons, between which they go commemorated Mr. Costantino Rolla, then President of the Society, the Canonical Reverend Bessano Theologian Augustin, the Canonical Rolla Bartolomeo, current President, joined agree in committee in order to institute a music band, that could be used to the honor of the Sacred Functions, to the luster of the Comunity, what then was wished, for not beeing in our comunity one constituted music. The Lord blessed their efforts and the music in short had the most splendid success. This musical body counts now eight long years of existence, long, because these have been years of inner and external continuous struggle. It was more times to vanish, but then reborned healthier than ever. And here yields go more felt thanks to those persons that persevere in lending their effort in order to support this decorous musical body for the Church, the Society under whose omen are born and alive, and for our comunity. It also goes paid a deserved praise to those good and brave young people that in means to the fight not never deserted their flag and although little of number and despised, also knew to fight valorously and to win. May their courage live! God bless them! Also those people are thanked, whom they knew how to return to the primitive mother and are now first to demonstrate her their affection and lto end her their obedience. We wish the Direction of the Society, now that things seem quiet and calm, to give solid foundation to the Musical Body of the Society, so that it totally answers to the scope in order which it was created for, to introduce to the Gentleman musicians a new regulation, being in the first in order many points that could not be complied with and less adapted to the current circumstances, compeling them to the strict observance of the same, return that profitable not only to the body musical, that remain therefore according to the spirit of the Society, but still to the same individual member the Band Musical.
