Articolo 13°
Il Segretario è tenuto a tener conto delle
entrate e delle spese e darne relazione al termine ed
al principio dell'anno alla Direzione della
Società.
Articolo 14°
Deve fare i mandati di pagamento, che verranno firmati
dal Presidente.
Articolo 15°
Deve registrare nome e cognome degli azionisti colla
relativa somma.

The Secretary must hold account of the entrances and
expenses and darne relation to the term and the

Article 14
He must make payment mandates, that they will come
signed from the President.
Article 15
It must record name and last name of the shareholders
with the relative sum.
